Evidence:
Thus, on going through the decision cited supra, it can be seen that sufficient cause should be shown in order to set aside the exparte decree and if there is delay in preferring the application, the same has to be reasonably explained. Coming over to the present case, the reason stated out by PW1 does not seems to be a sufficient one. The inordinate delay in filing this application is also not properly explained. Considering the same, I am of the view that this petition deserves dismissal and hence I do so.
